Don't worry about too much, the averge human can lose 50-120 strands of hair a day. Usually we don't notice since we usually lose them in the shower or when brushing or hair. But here are some good tips you should use, whenever you take a shower do not use a brush, instead use a comb. Heat-styling also adds damage to hair, so don't use those often. Also make check your shampoo, don't use anything with harsh chemicals. Hope this helps.

Try Arbonne shampoo or Nioxin with the scalp therapy. Hair loss can be caused by stress, time of year, thyroid problem, etc. I agree with the other answers to get bloodwork done if the problem lasts more than a few weeks. People go through normal shedding phases but not for long periods of time.

you are lacking something in your diet or you are suffering from a diesease that you are not aware of.
get a blood work up by gp and also good to a good health food store like GNC or any good brand name ...and they will sell you vitamins that promote hair growth..but it sounds like you need a good doc first..good luck..i just shave my head and now i am taken for a skin head but i am not...but a lot of men are doing this tooo..even some women and they wear a wig...but i can't stand anything on me head.

That happens when you get older.
I'm glad I'm still young.
