My friend is throwing this big and fancy party for her sweet sixteen. She rented a hall with a DJ and all, girls wear dresses, guys suits. you get the point.

Im hesitating between 2 dresses, both are way over priced, i have to admit it, but i havent found anything cheaper that would do the same.

- you choose "cocktail"
- click on the little right arrow once, and its the black and white dress in the middle
It fits me well too, but is a lot tighter on me than on the image, even if Im a size 0.

In my town we just got a Kohl's department store. I have walked thought it and i loved all the clothes that i saw i just worry because the prices were so low. I want to know if the clothing is still durable.

I've been a size 22 for several years and recently lost some weight.

My question is, who cares? People are so self-centered they only look at others to be critical so they feel better about themselves. I dress carefully to go to the theater only to find many people (many older, most younger) wearing jeans and flip-flops! What difference does it make how I dress?

Ok- I'm a bigger girl. I wear a size 16/18 dress. I need a little black dress for an all-occasion kind of thing. I found this one. It's beautiful. It's great. It's PERFECT. And the biggest size I can find it in is a 12. So, I have decided to try to find a pattern to make it, or a pattern similiar to it, that maybe can be changed a little? I don't know much about sewing. A friend will be doing it for me.

So far- the only patterns I have been able to find in plus sizes are horribly ugly. and nothing like my dream dress! :) Is this a hopeless search? Is there somewhere I can have a pattern for it made? PLEASE HELP!

Its my birthday Friday! :) Yay! Happy Birthday to me!

I saved $400 to go on a shopping spree and I would like to have my money stretch as far as possible.
There are 3 outlets I really want to visit: Juicy Couture, Guess & Marciano. Which store should I visit firts, second, third ? and what should my "shopping strategy" be? I will have approx 3 hours to shop until the stores close.

Cuz if there is, I would love to know where/how to get one. The reason for this question is because I'm not really sure if I want to get a tongue piercing or not cuz I'm not sure how it will look....& there are so many things that coulg go wrong as well. But maybe if there was a way to let me see how a tongue ring looked & felt first, I would be more willing to take the risk.....
Any suggestions/ advice would be awesome & greatly appreciated. ;-D

yeah I posted a question earlier about swim suits.. but I have a problem.. I like bikinis (2 pieces).. but my youth pastor is making all girls wear one pieces to be all covered.. I don't like how they feel.. I can wear a shirt and pants over but I don't want to carry around wet clothes.. I feel more fatter in a one piece then a two piece.. ( I have a medium figure.. 5'5" 125 pounds, small bust, kinda pear-ish I have a swimming event this weekend.. and camp at the end of this month. what should I do?
