One of my friends, that's a girl, thinks that guys look gay in flip flops but I like them. I'm just afraid that everyone will harrass me ( even though all the guys I know wear flip flops)...? But would the Old Navy ones be okay... they're so cheap.

What is the big deal with those crocks, the shoes that are rubber clogs with holes on the top..... we cant escape these horrible ugly shoes even while on vacation in Disney! My question really is are they comfy and dont your feet sweat in them? I am old enough to remember the days of the "jellies" (shoes very similar to crocks) and they were not comfy at all nor were they pretty. I know at some point i will have to break down and get a pair just to see what the big deal is. Can someone please tell me what everyone sees in these shoes?

My mom thinks I am materialistic becuase I like to buy clothes from Hollister, American Eagle, Aeropostale, etc. I am trying to prove to her I just like the clothes not the names and because some of my friends are she thinks I am.What should I do?

Was going through my closet and my God, nothing's made here in the good ol' U.S of A anymore (with the exception of my wedding dress and a couple of things from Victoria's Secret). And I'm not talking about Walmart either. For instance, the skirt I'm wearing is from American Eagle Outfitters and is made in Malaysia-sandals Bangladesh(?). Here are some of the other countries-Veitnam (north or south?) Korea (ditto) Macau (where is that?), Indonesia, El Salvadore, Cambodia, Mexico, Thailand, the Philipines, Mongolia?,Hong Kong, China (of course)....

Is it just me, or does anyone else have a problem with getting their leather skirt to pull up gracefully when they are getting ready to use the toilet? The leather in my skirt is so stiff that I wind up fighting a battle with it everytime just to pull it up! I love that skirt b/c it makes me look hott, but I hate having to wage war w/ it just to pee...anyone have any suggestions?

Say you're preppy and you wear a floral blouse and a pink denim skirt and matching chinese slippers! Would fishingnet stockings ruin it and make it look victorian goth instead of just plain girly! I'm not prep i just asked this question because women find them elegent and i think they're punk like me and i'm not sure which style it falls under and please don't say 'eclectic' because it's so predictable it's annoying. My friends say that I can disguise myself as a girl and look passable, I think they are wrong. They have challenged me to make a genuine effort in dressing up like a girl and they would introduce me to an out of town cousin who is visiting. Of course, at the end of the evening they will inform him that am a guy if he has not figured that out himself.
What do I wear? Clothes, make up, accessories, etc.
I am from Mumbai. Western clothes or Indian?
Pls suggest with as many details as possible since for me to win I should have had made a sincere effort.
