I'm getting a new pair of Doc. Martens, and I was wondering what is the best way to break them in? I've heard from somone that the best way to fit them to your feet is to put them on and wear them in the bathtub the first time. Is there any truth to this?

I'm talking abuout the one she wears at that debutant party thing when she gets in the fight in the bathroom. It's white, has straps that look like belts, and its medium in length.
