Fashion & Accessories - October 2006

My friends and I are going to a dance this weekend and need a theme or an idea of what to wear. A lot of other girls just deck out in fluro colours but we want something that will look really good. Any ideas??

I got my ears pierced and they have been healing for about 7 weeks. For the whole time they were healing, i used 14K gold ball earrings. And they didn't give me any problems. Then last weekend I bought these earrings from Claire's that were 9 pairs for $9.50. They said Sensitive Solutions on them, so i figured they would be fine, even if i was allergic to some metals. I put in a pair of blue ones and slept in them Sunday night, and wore them all day Monday, and slept in them Monday night, and i wore them all day Tuesday. Then Tuesday night i decided i would change my earrings to a different color.

I took them out, and looked at the earring back and it had some black stuff all over it. I had no idea what it was. Then i cleaned the back of my ear, and there was some black stuff on the back of my ear too. There was also some on my other ear also. I put my 14K gold ball earrings back in, and they are in right now. So what does that mean and what should i do?

have you ever had a clothes shopping addiction? I buy new clothes and a few weeks later they feel old to me and i want new again and so on and so on I hate this habit because It can get pretty expensive and I hate it when I feel I don't like all of my "old' clothes anymore or when they look good in the store and you get home finding yourself saying what was I thinking. It's frustrating but probably sounds rediculous to someone else what do you over indulge in shopping, cleaning, eating, drinking, ect. do you enjoy this or do you feel it's a problem

Not sure if anyone out there can help... I'm going to a fancy dress party as Christine Daae (from Phantom of the Opera) and am looking for a suitable dress to wear which would suit the part. Me and my best friend are gonna be football players for Halloween. We were just gonna wear jeans hair in a ponytail, and a jersey.
