I would call and see what has happened the longest it should take is a week at max. if they told you it would be 7-10 business days i wouldnt worry but if they didnt give you a time frame call definatley!!

no--sometimes it takes two weeks just to wrap them for shipping. When a company says your order has been shipped, it just means they are considering mailing it. It don't make any sense. I am waiting for an order that was shipped over a week ago. I don't worry untill 4 weeks have gone by.

it all depends on how long they said it would be to get shipped to u.when i order things on line it takes about 2 weeks for me to get the shipment. u should try ordering shoes from urban fashion thats where i get my stuff from.

You should probably call them or email them and ask them. If no answer then keep trying. Don't worry though if its for halloween then they're probably backed up.

most places say it takes around 8 business days. i think you should call them and see if theyre on their way or not. its better safe then sorry!
