Depends where you are.
I live in Miami, near Miami beach, the style here is sexy.
a lot of models trying to make a name for themselves live here so basically my point is that it depends. I think its real sexy to have the low-rise jeans that hug the shape of a man body (keeping in mind the shape of the body, meaning no fat guys should wear this or beer belly dudes) and yes. i rather see a peaking Hanes underwear than ghetto boxers, or worse a butt crack! so with the right shirt and jeans i think its very sexy its a model style that only some can pull through.

I like all the ripped jeans and stuff guys ware but recently i've saw a few guys wareing skinny jeans and it really just looks awful!! As for boxers showing, it looks awrite but whats the point!!

ergh no. Worst thing I've seen was a young guy in a clothes shops with the waist of his jeans right below his butt-cheeks. All I can say is from behind you could most definately tell it was a guy.

No, it looks trashy and makes you look poor. Looks like you can't afford the right jeans. Or a belt. Same goes any over-sized clothes. Trashy and poor.

not at all pull your jeans up around the waist where there suppose to be. would it turn a man on if ladies wore there jeans like that?

No it looks like you can't buy jeans that fit you. I think it looks really silly.
