I am nineteen years old and I am so tired of being mistaken for 12. People always ask me if I am in high school yet, and things like that. I know act my age and am responsible, etc.. but it is so frustrating to be treated like a child when I am an adult. This usually only happens to me with people I dont know. Is there any way I can present myself that will help? I am on the shorter side, and I wear make up and everything. Is there some thins( like hairstyle, make up, fashions, ect.. that I can try that would help? I like to look like myself, natural looking make up, styles I like, but am willing to try or make a few changes.

so i'm not sure what kind of shoes to get. i don't want any sneakers/tennis shoes type of thing cause. it makes me feel. un-girly and most of my clothes ARE girly. unless im doing something active. i've thought about ballet sneakers, but alot of girls just ruin that style over here >.<
any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks =]

i'm NOT gonna wear socks with them that looks really tacky, what can i do so i don't get blisters on my heels?

I have a pair of black leather knee-highs, the heels are 3inches high, and inch and a bit wide, so not stillettos. But no matter what i wear with them, i look so tarty.

If i was to wear a skirt above the knee it would make me look like a tart, and if i wore it with a skirt below knee it still doesnt look right. I even wore it over my jeans and it looked silly.

How can i get away with wearing knee highs without looking like a prostitute?

The heels are chunky, am i just being paranoid or is there a way i should dress to look good in knee-high boots.

I always wear decent non revealing tops, im 5'2 and have a pear shaped slim body (small top, curvy bum, slim legs).

Should i go for kneehighs without heels? Can they still look sexy?

xx

Do you think a 60's shift dress (short and high neckline) that is black with a wide white panel at the hips and at the neckline would look ok with black tights and flat black knee highs? Or should I opt for cropped jeans and a top or just normal jeans and a top? Help lol :)

I am 4’ 9” and wear a size 0, I have always found it hard to find clothing that are my size and I usually just shop in the kids sections of stores. I was wanting to know if anyone out there has the same problems and where do you shop for your clothes. I want casual clothing, such as jeans, jackets and tops that are form fitting and flattering. Thanks for the help.
