Well, I don't know any in Louisville, but you should try:
the mall...if you don't have one, maybe drive out of town to the nearest one. Malls always have a huge range of clothes in each store.
a trift store...these are good because you can get things CHEAP! Try goodwill, value village or local ones. They have a huge range of clothes and with the right washing can look brand new.
target/ walmart...these store are always getting new fashions in.
