I'm just wondering if I should dump the stuff and get some new.

Well I'm Puerto Rican so my hair is dark brown and wavy. And my skin tone is dark but not soo dark maybe like Cristina Millians skin tone. Whenever I buy a pair of shorts or pants from Old Navy, the waist stretches or something. I have a 29 inch waist. I buy 29w30L and they get too big after a few days of wearing them. I actually measured my waist size and the pants waist and I am 29 inches around but the 29W pants were actually 31inches. Of course, I had to go return them. I was wondering if Old Navy has a bad measuring tape or if they do it on purpose to make people feel skinny. Either way, not a good practice IMO.
