I usually soak my hands in a dove soapy solution about every three days, and use a toothbrush to scrub them.....this helps a lot in attacking the dirt that is caked on the nail...hope this helps!

by washing hands in regular basis, using hand lotion, and finger nail file use tip to clean underneath the long nail.

Get a nail brush and every time you wash your hands, use the nail brush.

Works like a charm.

i have long nails and i work at a kennel so i know what you're talking about! but i just try and wash my hands and use lotion as often as i can and that usually works or i just use something like a toothpick to get everything out

you gotta keep a little brush w/ you and scrub underneith them EVERYTIME u wash ur hands...a toothbroosh or something. Other than that, I'd just use some bleach water and soap and scrub them w/ a brush every night before bed!
