I wish to make sculptures out of apples. Does anyone (ie Damien Hirst for instance) have any idea how to preserve apples so that they don't decay?

I saw a life-size statue in a museum of Eve with a snake curled around her feet. Her arms were over her face and she was looking to one side, eyes blazing. The material was very smooth black. The sculpture was creepy and dramatic and I would love to find out the title. Does anyone know what I am talking about? PLEASE HELP!

I am an artist making things that require custom tinted hot melt glue sticks. I can sucessfully tint the melted glue, but I am having a hard time "remoulding" the tinted, melted glue. The glue that I am melting is a special ,extra sticky glue for wood. I have a process that works but is very long and involved

The kissing doves ceramic statue (porceline I think) is on a round wood base aprox 1/2" thick. Their tails are spread out. They face towards each other, one slightly above the other on a branch. There are berries and leaves below the branches in front . I cannot find any history on the piece or the artist. Can anyone help with this info or give references or research suggestions on G. Tremain. Perhaps the signature on the piece isn't clear and the spelling above is slightly off?!
