I really need to do something creative....write, draw, paint... anything. I just can NOT get started. I have a problem with not feeling good enough, just painting by myself.

How do I shut off the critical voices and just do it?

I already have a collection of unfinished works because I reach a certain point and decide I don't want to go any further in fear of messing up the whole thing.

Can someone tell me the name of the Sci Fi artist that periodically showed up in Omni Magazine between the years 1978 - 1982. I'm specifically interested in the artwork that would depict enormous spacecraft or spacestations as well as space vehicals with enormous wheels, the wheeled spacecraft would usually be depicted rolling around alien landscapes. These pictures were usually NOT the front cover art

And I don't just mean in a gallery, I mean how can I do it independantly. Banksy, one of my favorite contemporary artists, just had an exhibition in a warehouse. Maybe I can do something like that, but I'm not sure how? Some ideas?

Anyone know of a good site for vintage pics that I can use for design projects? For example, I found an old book from the 40's with a diagram of how to make a dress in it. That sort of stuff. Diagrams, photos, etc. Ideas?

I want to have this color as the background to my website. Be very specific with the color and do include links to images if possible.

I have read the best way to keep a surface piercing is to get it pierced with a surface bar because it does not make pressure on the skin. But how do they put it in if it has two 90 degree at each end. I have a link and it has a picture of a surface bar just in cause it is needed.

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who would be willing to explain to me how to make the spider-web weave dreamcatchers (not the traditional weave). It looks like it should be easy enough from the photos I've seen, but I can't figure it out.

Also, can anyone tell me the significance of using deep red thread in making dreamcatchers? What does the color mean, and what is the lore behind it??

Thank you so much for your time and energy!

Blessings and Light

Pretend I'm applying for a job with the original, originator himself, Walt Disney....add a mix of a Donald Trumpish type of guy and throw in a dash of Willy Wonka.......he's very easily bored, seen it all, and leans towards being in need of something dramatic. This is who I'm trying to work for/with.
I need help coming up with scenerios, ideas, concepts, etc. to get his attention and for him to know I'm serious about my need to collaborate with him. Oh sure, I've tried all the traditional methods....I've tried the front door, the back door, the chimney, humor, sarcasm, challenges, etc. Now I need help. This person has rented out Walt Disney World before so I'm very challenged. (financially as well)
Please give me your wildest thoughts on how to get someones attention, in a creative, positive way. Think scavenger hunt to prove creativity, passion and drive or something else, but try to leave my desperation out of it. :-D
I need that environment to feel whole........HELP!!
