I think power lines are very neat looking. I am also very fascinated in them. I go on road trips to look at them. I especially like looking at the tall tower type. can anyone tell me (or is there a website to demonstrate) how to make a simple t-shirt screenprinting device and what paint/inks to use etc? for example like the one in the shins video for new slang. i have some cool graphic designs but they don't always look great transfer printed.

I do NOT want photo paper, just plain 20lb or 24lb stock, in 13" x 19" for the HP 8750 ink jet printer. (I can mail order the stuff from http://www.graytex.com, but the shipping adds a lot to the cost.)

Where can I find GOOD textile stores in NYC? The price doesn't really matter as long as the fabrics are good quality and don't look cheap. Would be great to get the website addreses to the stores as well! I was actually wondering where the fashion designers get their fabrics from? I am presently working on my portfolio with designs and I need to make it look fabulous to get to the fashion school. Thanks for your help!

Hey all

I'm doing a fine art degree in September, and I have no idea what it is that I want at the end of it?

I kept on saying this whilst I was doing my foundation year (I managed to get a first so at least I know I am doing something right!) The tutors said 'just enjoy it'

Well I would if I was 18 and just straight from A-Levels, but I'm not, I'm going to be 30 in September and I still have not had a career as such.

Does anyone have a degree in fine art, and if so what are you doing career wise now?
