Where can I obtain 13"x19" plain paper in the Lowell MA area?

I do NOT want photo paper, just plain 20lb or 24lb stock, in 13" x 19" for the HP 8750 ink jet printer. (I can mail order the stuff from http://www.graytex.com, but the shipping adds a lot to the cost.)

Office Max doesn't have it. They have Epson 13x19 photo paper at $37 for 100 sheets, which isn't a bad price for photo paper, but no plain paper.
