You can't! If the person is blind and deaf then there is eally no way of explaining ANYTHING! The person lives through physical feelings and colors don't have a PHYSICAL feeling! They are ONLY visually produced by the actual absence of color that the eye produces. If you can't see then how would you describe this color. The only description would be the emotional response that you may get from it, but you can't explain that to someone who can't hear you describe it to them! Therefor there wouldn't be any way of expaining it someone who is blind AND deaf!!!

I don't know if this is helpful but it's a bit like could you imagine a new colour. Probably not, because any colour you could imagine would only be a fusion of the colours you already know.

I would try using hot and cold water.. red being hot, blue being cool and all the variations between.. you might even get creative with fabrics.. and textures..

how did I find out they needed to know colors in the 1st place?
I'd pinch a place on their body.Black = kick,brown=pinch ear,
purple=kiss cheek,pink = tickle,red= tongue kiss,white=ruffle hair
blue=pat on head, etc. YOU get it?
