I like the character, it's pose and expression. But the image in general has many problems:
- It does not have unity: The linework and treatment of the background is totally different to the character's.
- You are not being carefull with the contrast, the background is stronger than the character and 'eats it up'
- It is out of balance: If you cut about a fifth of the image from right to left you will not miss anything of the composition.
- Unrealistic lighting: Be careful with your light sources and make sure you follow the physicality of light otherwise you end up with 'flat' images like this one.

The graphic effects are really neat and the picture's been created with a lot of attention to detail. I really like how various elements actually seem to glow.
The little gremlin-dude is too dark -- there needs to be more contract between him and the background. Also, for some reason the picture made me think of a swastika. (Sorry, just being honest.)

Not bad, but the "main character" of your piece does not stand out very much. I would probably crop in closer, or change the backgrounds colors to something more high contrast.

I really like the background work, but it is otherwise too stark & too grim for my taste.
