We have lost of boxs and 100 popstilcesticks and other carft stuff

Unless he's mentally challenged, at 11 years old, he should be imaginitive enough to figure out what to make on his own.

Tell him you'll give him a "prize" for something he makes that's super special and that should get him motivated...

A bridge, sounds simple, but it teaches him some fundamental mathematics, Measurements, what physical structures are the strongest (i.e. triangles) and he can build some on small scale and as he improves maybe you guys can build one together in your backyard, He'll learn Math, some Engineering, Problem solving skills and it'll help him use the Internet in a productive manner to research different ways to build bridges.

a log cabin out of popscicle sticks, or maybe take up an useful craft like knitting or crossstitching. paint the boxes for gift- giving -check out your library they have ideas

He can cut out faces with the boxes, & put popcicle sticks on them & use yarn & other household nick naks & make puppet show
