Hi, I am an university student in Japan. I am researching about Gospel music for senior thesis. In Japan, gospel music has become popular but many Japanese who sing gospel music do not Christian and they sing it just for fun. Do you think it is good? or bad? Why? i was given i dozen of White Roses witch was so sweet!!! then my b- friend boyfriend said White Roses? stand for friendship.. my boyfriend said no i gaved her white Roses so the red roses won't lose their meaning. that will be for a more bigger special occattion...... what do u guys think???

Im 19. I love music if not grow up with my family im grow up with music, I love to compose and I have talent to do it and I love to play also. Im playing Violin since 3 years. But now Im stop to play, because it will takes a long time, it is not hard for me to learn, my problem is the time. now I want to play acoustic Guitar but I dont have money to buy it. Im living in Iran, and Im looking for a job to earn some money to buy it. please help me.

Plus précisément, lorsqu'un anglophone prononce (a) comme dans l'alphabet (anglais bien sûr !), cela a-t-il une connotation emphatique ? Est-ce incorrect? Familier? Relâché? Urbain? Rural? Plutôt américain?...Que sais-je encore ? Cela s'entend aussi dans des chansons. Par exemple dans "Seven wonders" de Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks chante " "A" certain time, "a" certain place...", ou encore toujours Stevie Nicks (en solo) dans "Stand Back" : "standing in "a" line..."

It has to be from either Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Percy Byshee Shelley, or William Wordsworth. I'm leaning more towards Coleridge or Shelley. I basically have to explain the poem and what it means. Thanks for the input.

I've been reading this site for several days now, and I have to say, the majority of you are very compassionate. For example, someone wrote about committing suicide. It had many, many encouraging responses! Someone else wrote about their depression over their weight - what a response she received!! The most facinating topic though, is the existance of God and what everyone's perspective is. Wow. Awesome reading, and provocative responses.

It's cool to see people giving of theirselves in a positive way.

Do you seek attention by putting others down? do you enjoy doing that? Why do you desire attention.. is it to feel important?
If the only way you can get attention is by degrading or annoying some one with insults, putdowners or invading their privacy then
you are being bad and know what that makes you? A demon a devil. Or Satan or at least Satan's Puppet.. cause you're destroying ones happiness messing with their pleasure just for your own selfishness. If you don't agree then what really is a demon?
