It has to be from either Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Percy Byshee Shelley, or William Wordsworth. I'm leaning more towards Coleridge or Shelley. I basically have to explain the poem and what it means. Thanks for the input.

Kubla Khan by Coleridge. It's a poem about poetry, the failings of memory and human imperfection. It is also essential to read the always provided prologue. Don't believe him, the story is part of the poem and a clue to its meaning.

My favorite poem by Shelley is "Ozymandias". It's short, but it has great imagery. Also, the themes of arrogance and impermanence are classic.
