What musical artist should just stop now, because they have nothing more to say or offer -- or maybe they've just become a parody of themselves -- and they are just re-hashing their past to their fans?

It pains me to say this, as I've been a fan for 30+ years...but KISS needs to just stop. They have become their own tribute band, and aren't even attempting to be musically creative anymore.

I do not know these two personally, but disagree with them on ISSUES.
I feel they would BOTH raise taxes, they BOTH would appoint Supreme Court Justices with views different than my view for America , and they BOTH want socialized medicine.
Do these disagreements make me a racist, sexist, homophobe, or all of the above??

I have an acquaintance who is a stay-at-home dad. The other day, I was at the grocery store with him. He struck up a conversation with an older woman in line behind him in which this fact was brought up. She said that he should be a man and take care of his family the way a man should.

Say you go through a lot of emotional distress trying to get your money back because you are lied to again and again. The defrauding company's agent tells you they will refund your money, but then make you go trough a lot of trouble before they actally pay you back. By the time you get your money back, you have spent a lor of resources like time, fuel, and energy in trying to get your refund. Not to mention you are sick to your stomach because of all you went through with their bad customer service.

By the time the ordeal is over, you found out there are complaints on the Company's BBB report, wich reveals they are skilled at scamming customers.

Would you happily walk away in relief, or would you do this:
Make fliers and give them to residents in the area warning them to check the company's BBB report before taking their business there? Would it be illegal to do this?

All beliefs must be based on evidence. This is a fact. Therefore if you try to claim you don't require evidence to believe something, you're lying to yourself. For example: If you believe in the Judeo Christian God, you *require* evidence to hold this belief. If you didn't use evidence on which to base your beliefs you wouldn't even know about the Judeo Christian God. The evidence you probably rely on is: a) ancient texts b)religious teachings, and (possibly) c) personal observations.

All very unreliable forms of evidence. Personally, I believe that religious people know this and through a twisted "sour grapes" method of thinking, claim they don't require evidence..which is knowingly impossible and therefore a lie.

....but some people can smoke 2 packs a day & live to be 95 while another person could get cancer at 40. That makes me question the direct cause & effect. If you & I and 100,000 people all drink a gallon of bleach, we will all die. 100% of us. If smoking causes cancer, why does it do so in such an inconsistent fashion?
