I believe Dan Cullen, Cullen Bailey, Shaun Tait, Adam Voges, Adam Macdonald, Michael Klinger and Ben Hilfenhaus have all played exceptionally well in first class matches this year and have all got a chance to replace some of the retiring players in the upcoming years.

Examples: Ravneet Ricky- played 91 domestic matches and counting for Punjab with an average of roughly 40 as an opener, a position India really needs a player in, Dheeraj Jadhav- played 50 first class matches for Maharastra with an average of 53, once again an opener, Ranadeb Bose- Bengali pacer who played more than 90 matches taking more than 200 wickets with an average less than 28.00, Amol Muzumdar- played more than 200 matches for Mumbai with a first class batting average of 51 and List-A limited overs average of 41.

I refer of course to the current Ashes match at the MGC where on Day 1 England are 159 all out for 74.2 overs and still time to play.
