Basketball - August 2006

I am about 5'5 and could touch about half of the net how can i be able to dunk in less than 7 months, what kind of exercises, how many reps and sets and how many times a week, also what kind of nutritional diet?

I've been playing football for almost 5 years now and now its just getting boring. The JV team aint winning its always the Varsity thats winning. Not that i want them to lose its just i wish we could win too ya know? But anywayz i was thinking about joining basketball. Im a junior thats 16 years old and i have almost no experience whatsoever. I wanna play but i feel like everyones gonna laugh and stuff and i know you shouldnt care what nobody feels and i try to be dat way but it never works. So idk what i should do what do you think?

I'm 5'7, and I've been playing ball since the 4th grade, I'm a senior in highschool now. People tell me that I'm awesome, I think I'm pretty good, but my school is really small and it's not like any scouts come check us out.

Diana while at UCONN lived up to her name as the best women's college basketball player of all time. She lead them to 3 national championships and was the Naismith award winner. 1st overall pick in the WNBA draft to the Phoenix Mercury. Although she hasn't been to the playoffs with the team and despite the fact that she isn't going to get MVP she still had a MVP type season this year. She shattered Katie Smith's WNBA single season scoring record which was 739 with a staggering 860 points. Also shattered Katie Smith's WNBA record points per game which was 23.1 with 25.3 points a game. Also shot the most 3's and made the most 3's and has started every game she has played in all 3 seasons. She is one of the best players in the world if not the best.

ok so my coaches messed it up and now i can pick wich team im on the a or the b if i wuz on the A team i would :: get respect from fellow classmates, have more home games, look better, wont be able to play the positions i want, will learn more, and be worked harded. if i was on the B team i would: get to play any position i want, be with my friends, be the best on the team, win alot of games, wont really look good, early games that are away, and i would play more what do you think i should do!!! honest answers only i dont want everyone automatically saying A cuz its the better team!! :^)
