Halloween

Hi everyone, just wondering does anybody know of any spooky events happening in York this Halloween? My boyfriend and I want to do something scary, are there any ghost hunts or anything happening on the 31st? Also, what is the name of the most haunted pub in York? Any info greatly appreciated, thanks!! x x :)

me and my boyfriend wanted to dress up for Halloween well my mom would bring me there all the way to see my boyfriend and she said that she will just wait at the hotel while i drive around but i dont want her to do that i want her to come with and have fun i think she feels left out and my bf loves my mom so i would like some ideas that would be appropriate so we all can go and dress up and look like a bunch of dorks together thanks so much=)

So i go up to her and say "Mom, i have an obbsession wath a video game called 'Kingdom Hearts' and i wanna be a guy from there for halloween" (She doesnt know i wanna cosplay but i get cloths together and do it but she thniks im weird when i dress what she calls randomly) So my mom walks away when i say that The next day i go to her and show a picture of Sora Again no reply I go to my grandmas house for some reason and we are in my grandmas car heres the convoration "So (my name here), what do u wanna be for Halloween?" "Well i wanna be something but my mom hasnt told me yes or no. It sounds like she doesnt want me to be it" "What is it?" "A video game charater named Sora. Its a guy though. I but i love his outfit. I'm going to a Halloween party with my boyfriend. I'm going as a cute & sexy Strawberry Shortcake, heehee ;-D
My boyfriend couldn't find anything in the Halloween store that he likes so far, so he asked me to pick it for him.. Now of course, I'd want to get him something to match my costume.
I know he wouldn't want to wear any mask throughout the night, and would prefer something he can move around in. (So, no mask and no stuffy costume like a 'Banana' please - haha, he already rejected that idea!) Any idea what costume I should get him to go with mine? ;)

I saw a picture of a priest costume with an altar boy attached at the waist. I looked all over the internet and couldn't ifnd it.

I need an infant charlie brown costume or at least zig zag shirt. I've looked everywhere and can't find one or even a yellow shirt period. Does anyone know where I can find one. I need it for a baby--not adult or child (I've found those). Thanks! :)

We are having a Halloween party with about 40-50 kids in our basement. There's gonna be a dance floor and we are trying to get some CD mixes. I'm horrible with remembering who sings what and would appreciate any song ideas (with artist name) to add to our mix. Boys and girls will be at the party, so music that is hip for both. Thankx!

I'm a Christian and don't believe in celebrating in any part of Halloween since it pretty much celebrates all things evil. Every part is rooted in pagan tradition.
But honestly.. I don't want to make a big deal about it.
My co-workers want to decorate, get dressed up and have a Halloween party on the day of. I just started working here.
So even though I stand firm on my beliefs I don't think people should impose their beliefs on others.
And I don't want to come off as self-righteous.. Which I know if I was in their position I would feel that way.. I know cuz I was in thier position years ago.

So how do I keep true to my beliefs without coming off as self-righteous?

My teacher got an email from a friend yesterday and while he read the short message from his friend he clicked on the link that he had sent him. It was supposed to be some kind of funny car ad..well the ad told him to look closely behind the car you can see some kind of white mist..and then out popped a decreped looking zombie that scared the sugar honey iced tea out of him...I want to send a funny scary email to my friends but I don't know where...does anyone know...I'll give away stars and best answers to the best one....please help..I love Halloween and scaring is my thing...people kind of expect something scary from me....

I"m trying to create a Halloween costume. I'm trying to get the leather look, without the leather, and I just dont know if there is material out there to allow me to do that effectively. I'm trying to get some very neat designs like the following at http://elads.biz/. Certainly not their original design, but i'm talking about the complexity.
