Dream Interpretation

Most of them I can remember. I write some of them down. A lot of the nightmares contain fire which my dream book says represents a loving companion. I just don't understand why I would have nightmares about being in love. Before the fire started coming into my dreams most of them ended in me being killed in lots of strange ways. Suicide, being beaten to death, being hunted down by demons... It seems the only times I don't have the nightmares are when i'm sleeping near another human, or when I don't have enough time to reach the dream stage of sleep. If anybody knows a way to help me I'd appreciate it. I'm underage so I don't think it's wise to start relying on sleeping pills. I asked my friend if he knew any spells that could help me but we haven't talked in a long time now. I appreciate any input you have for me. Thank you.

I have been having dreams of being pregnant or someone close to me being pregnant for 2 weeks straight now. I've had dreams where it was my sister, and then last night I had a dream where I was pregnant and they wanted to listen for a heartbeat but nothing was heard then they said "oh, you are only 4 weeks along, the heartbeat hasn't developed yet."

My husband and I are sexually active and if I were pregnant I would have concieved around 4 weeks ago. Could this be an indication??

When you have dreams, are they telling you something? Is there any truth behind them? Is there any way that what you dream about could happen (within reason)? How can you interpret them?

My sister, Jessica Alba and I are driving in a car and Jessica keeps on talking jibberish and then all of a sudden the car flips over and crashes and we all survive. What the heck does this mean?

I'm not a nut-case or a substance abuser... nor do I have any clinical mental illness (that I'm aware of), but I tend to have these strange sensations when everything going on around me is like a dream, not reality. It's NOT daydreaming. And it's not just feeling tired. It's like I check-out from reality for a bit. I see what's going on, but I feel like I'm not completely present. (I'm not crazy!! Although it sounds that way)
It's almost as if its some form of microsleep...or escape... not sure how to describe it. Sometimes it occurred at times when I was tired/sleep deprived, but other times I was well rested.

Fortunately, it hasn't happened for a while. It was at its peak during my teenage years, and I never spoke to anyone about it.

Anyone else had the same experience? Any experts reading this?

Well, since two weeks ago, i've been having nightmares almost every night and sometimes two a night. The weird thing is that I usually never have dreams, I'd you go to sleep and wake up.
Also, Since one week ago, my best friend has been having dreams of me and him. We've met over the internet and we never met IRL although we tried many times. A few weeks ago I turned him down on trying again. Anyways, his dreams have been of when he does visit me and they all sound... accurate as in what i'd do and how i'd react and i thought it was weird that he's having these dreams...

OK so every time i have a bad dream and somethings bout to happen to be like bad i always wake up like before i had one when someone was trying to shoot me and i was runnin from them but then they caught up and puuled the trigger but before they could shoot me i woke up...why everytime when im about to die i wake up before it happens? wat does it mean

I had this dream that me, my mom, and our dogs (we have 2, but we had like, 7 in this dream)were outside in the front yard.
and my dogs were near a fence separating us from the neighbors yard. And i glanced up to look at a plane flying overhead(cause i live near an airport, so planes fly lower than usual)and just as i looked down, the plane (which somehow had shrunken to the size of a swordfish) crashed by the dogs, and it was gonna explode, so i tried to get the dogs to move, but they wouldn't. So it was gonna explode any minute, and then me, my mom, and my sister (who appeared out of nowhere)started running in the opposite direction, when it exploded and my hearing in my left ear actually WENT OUT!
i went deaf in the dream. I turned around and everything was like it was before the plane crashed. Then i woke up, and i found out that i had been sleeping with my left side of my face on the pillow.

what does this dream mean, though?

Last night i had a dream with a very good friend in it. She is my sponsor for when I made my confirmation. We have been talking online, via email, since she lives far away and we don't go to the same mass, so I don't really see her. But anyways, in my dream I was at a bowling alley and I was bowling. I don't remember who was with me, but a lot of other people were there. Then I looked over and saw Kyrstin (my sponsor). She was sitting down, so she didn't see me, so I told her daughter to get her. I was so happy that I saw her because I haven't in a while. (She doesn't have a daughter in real life, but is currently pregnant). But when she turned to me, she didn't even seem happy to see me. She had a straight face. And this girl is known for her great hugs, she hugs everybody! But she only gave me a handshake. I was kind of dumbfounded in my dream, but then after she was happy and was talking to me. Then we were planning when we could go out for lunch just to catch up on things......

In my dream, I got home from a friends’ house and walked in. it was super dark inside and gloomy. My dad pulled me aside and said, “Hurry, you can only save one item!” so I knew immediately that WW3 was happening. I went on hands and knees and crawled to my room and got up. My mom was there and she said to stay under the lights so they wouldn’t see me, and to be quick and only one item. I opened my desk drawer and ducked as a light came. Back up and I snatched my diary-floppy-disk and then went down to go out. On the floor I saw my BFF’s friendship bracelet and I decided to snatch that too. So I was out of my room and my mom took her right hand back and slapped me and I started to muffle a cry in pain. “I said only one!” she shouted and we crawled to my brother’s room. I had this dream that i was shia lebouf from "disturbia". And i was going to the movies with my parents, and someone was trying to kill me, but not if i was with my fam. So i followed them, but then they started to disappear from me. So then the killers tried to chase me and i escaped to this dollar store that was connected to it???? and i was driving on a go-cart race track throughout the store trying to get away from them??!!
so then they found me in the back of the dollar store bathroom and i woke up.

Well everytime I like a guy, i have a dream about them. I'll have the dream that i'll be in school or anywhere with crowded areas with many people, and the person i like will always have chemistry with me from across the room. i won't talk to them or be with them cause i'm too shy..in my dream! tell me what this means..

the other night, i had this dream where i was forced to go to some catholic holiday churchy time of party by my parents. So, i go unwillingly and end up meeting a very nice little old lady who had such wonderful stories to share and just listening to her was soothing. Then, she asked me if i believed in God. I didn't want to flat out say "no" to her, so i shrugged instead.
The lady's face then turned even older. New wrinkles and bags under her eyes appeared, just out of the blue.
Her eyes were bloodshot, and she said to me, " you're a sinner. I won't allow this, i won't allow myself to speak to a sinner."
I started backing away, and i could feel the coldness from everybody staring as i leave, with the worst looks of disgust i have ever seen.


anyone have any idea of what this could mean?
i couldn't stop thinking about it all day.

i had a dream last night that my mom and i went to the grocery store, and we met one of the guys who worked there, who was such a sweetheart. We found out the next day that he was sick, and he cut his wrist? He almost didn't make it. My mom sent him a couple thousand dollars so he could fix himself up, even when we knew that we couldn't afford to do that.

And i remember also having a dream where i was sitting in class, and the teacher whips out my personal journal, and starts passing it around the room for everyone to read. I was nervous, but it didn't seem to bother me all that much.
( which, in real life, i wouldn't allow for the life of me )

I've had this dream at least twice this week, ...it might sound juvinile but i want to know if theres a meaning to it.

somehow I end up hang out with my boyfriend and my ex boyfriend at the same time. my ex keeps trying to come on to me and make me kiss him, i always say no and the dream ends with me kissing my boyfriend infront of my ex

Ok, so the first thing I remember is being stuck in this house because thousands of children in Harry Potter costumes were rioting. To get everyone out I found an abandoned police van and piled everybody into it, but as we were drviving it started to fall apart with pieces dropping off. So I pull into this mechanics garage just at the point that all the wheels fall off and it pretty much disintegrates. The mechanic is actually a very cute girl about my age who says she needs £40 to bribe a doorman to speak to a real mechanic, which I give her.

So we start talking, she asks if I'm with one of the girls that was in the van which I say no. I mention something aobut being tired of going out with peolpe who only want to get wasted and fight, and if anyone ever just goes out to meet new people and enjoy speaking to them. she says yes, there's a club where we are (London?) called Desire and I should go with her. Unfortunately though i have to go and say goodbye to her.

I dreamed that I was going somewhere with my late Husband and 2 Daughters. They were in one car and I was driving another. I told them I would met them and to go on, then they drove down the hill out of sight. As they were driving away the scene turned to black and white just as a tornado was passing by. I turned around, there was a Police Officer I asked where we could go for shelter. He told me I should have gone ahead with them. This dream scares me, because my Husband died in August and I am scared this may be a premonition for my Daughters to die to. What am I to make of this dream? I can't forget it.

This is interesting. I've noticed a lot of my dreams have music in the background, just like in a movie. I've never heard any of the songs before and they seem pretty complex. Has anyone else heard of this before? I thought it was kind of neat :-)

I went through this phase last year where I would dream someone was chocking me or I was drowning and then I wake up with a jump and realize I was sleeping with my face in the pillow. It got to the point were I didn't wont to go to sleep anymore. But Its over now.

Anyone else have somthing like that?

My mother reports that she had a dream involving a female (I'll call her Alice) whom I quasi-dated briefly until we had a falling out. The first scene had my mother, Alice (whom I want to date again) and a mysterious blonde female at a picnic table in a park. The blonde was applying face cream while my mother and the object of my desire sat quietly. My mother remarked that Alice was wearing lipstick (which she rarely does) and looked sharp. My mother also noticed that Alice would occasionally look over at my mother. The scene then shifts to the inside of a car with the three of them in the backseat being driven by an unidentified driver. There is a young blonde boy sitting in the front passenger seat who turns to my mother and says: "Hey, would you take your tights off?" My mother, apparently wearing tights, said no. Alice and the blonde began to laugh.

Hopefully this mess of a dream somehow indicates that Alice and I will "reconcile". Wishful thinking I suppose...

okay, i had a dream before about a book (i forget the name of the book) and i opend it to page 96, and i only remembered to names anabel and anastasia. a couple days later in the library, there was a book on the ground that i picked up, i opended it right up to 96, and they had the same two names...
also i had a dream about this one kids parents getting a divorce, and the next day he was crying saying they did. another thing was that whenever i do a card trick, i dont have a trick. i pick up the card and guess it, 99% of the time its right. lastly i always have deja vu, and its starting to creep me out... any help please????

I dreamt that I was walking down a local street, where I often shop, and instead of cars along the curb, there were large, mahogony caskets lined up. They were all closed and I didn't see anyone in them. Just shiny, large caskets along the road. Any ideas what this could mean? It was rather vivid and there are a couple of members of my family who are sick. Could this be a bad omen?

i keep having dreams where i die, (it used to happen maybe once a week, but lately, once a month) in my dreams. i die and see the afterlife, but i dont see it very well at all, i even had a dream where god was holding my back and when i woke up, i litterally felt like someone or something was touching my back. every dream feels very real, like i almost litterally died in real life. weird eh??? but yeah, i even had dreams where i was litterally possessed by an entity and demons surrounding me, even woke up a few times with my bed shaking, (but the bed shaking was years ago, i moved away and it hasnt happened since). what does this all mean??? i understand haveing dreams about death mean an end of something. but when i have dreams constantly???, any help??? get back, thanx... joe

a LOT of the time when i'm dreaming, theres a teacher in it. one that i previously had. why? and a lot of the times they're "close" to me. like one was with my band teacher, and he grabbed my by my shirt (like how someone would do if they were gonna punch someone) but he didn't do anything, he just pulled me around by my shirt. then another one was my math teacher and she hugged me, but held onto me from the back. and i was weirded out in my dream. i remember my hands fumbling when she hugged me, then i said "ok....." in a weird manner.

so why do i always have dreams with teachers in them?

you can answer the question, but i was also wondering:

does anyone else have dreams where you don't see people's faces? it's so weird! and my "happy" dreams (i mean the ones that aren't suspensful or scary) seem kinda short, like comedy sketches on MadTV or something:D but nooo my nightmares take forever, or maybe it just seems that way..oh YES - do you ever f e e l anything in your dream? because i have - i was in like, an action movie and i actually felt the bullet that hit me (!) except i woke up and my arm was asleep (AAAHHGGH OOMMG-ohhH lol)
