I cant do math and i am a math-phobic i freeze when i am asked to calculate?

will this be a problem if i am suppose to do budgetting and year end report? i am really a math-phobic it has affected me so much that i cant do even simple sums. please tell me whether you think it would be huge problem if i am asked to do the above as part of my new job scope.
