I just bought a small bottle of what was claimed to be blue topaz(made in India) in the Singapore Science centre. After I went home, I took the stones out and realized my finger became blue..after I wash the stones with a bow of water, the water turned light blue too. The stones on the other hand, became not as blue.
I suspect my topaz was fake. Does anyone, especially those who knows Singapore Science ctr, has a similar experience with blue topaz? so are my cheap topaz fake?
