I welcome all answers short and long. I would start with free education (via computers) and health care for all 7 billion world citizens. Three billion people make less than $2.00 per day. Microloans for this! (Grameen, Kiva). Ok - your ideas!

Electricity, could stop the tributary water from the river Grijalva close to the dams before Peñitas (which is petty 46 million cubic meters), as are Netzahualcoyotl, chicoasen and angostura dams with large capacity (La Angostura has 20,150 million cubic meters of water, of Netzahualcóyotl 12,960 million and the Chicoasén 11,883 million), and so they had not had to open the Peñitas, but chose to open Peñitas with spill 2000mts3 by sec. And inundate an area greater than 10000kms2 in Tabasco with all its consequences for failing to stop producing electricity but the Tabasco them destroyed its economy, agriculture, health, homes are a million homeless and many deaths, do you think it is a irresponsible act of Federal Electricity Commission CFE massacre over for a state not stop producing electricity? Do you think that an international body should investigate this as a conspiracy? Do note was criminal attitude? MEXICO

I say no, on behalf of all of the people I know including friends, family and opinions read on the Internet.
Immigration is beyond doubt the most talked about issue at this moment in a time.
I'm not racist but i will state my opinions- I'm a realist. Look up Enoch Powell's speech, 1968, and see for yourselves his prediction. The UK will result in civil war at some point, an overthrown government is my prediction- maybe a bit too hyperthetical but none-the-less rather true.

If so, how is it protected nationally? I seem to recall seeing some documentation where the copyright was "held exclusively by the United Nations". Is this some kind of self-imposed authority, or is there a basis within the IP treaties for this?

I am a sophmore in college majoring in History and Russian. I am thinking about joining the Peace Corps after I graduate before heading to grad school. Since I will be fluent in Russian at the time, will they take that into consideration when they place me? Has anyone joined the Peace Corps? What are your impressions? I would like to know more about it from a personal perspective with personal experiences. Thanks so much in advance!

What's about this proposal?

"The XO-1, previously known as the $100 Laptop or Children's Machine, is an inexpensive laptop computer intended to be distributed to children around the world,
especially to those in developing countries, to provide them with access to knowledge. The laptop is developed by the One Laptop per Child (OLPC) social welfare organization. OLPC is a U.S. based, non-profit organization, 501(c)(4) created by faculty members of the MIT Media Lab to design, manufacture, and distribute the laptop and its software. ..."

Al Gore's hippocritical movie "An incovienient truth" recently won him and his team a Nobel peace prize. I just don't understand what exactly it is about promoting a flawed theory that earns recognition beside Gahndi.
