Hungary like a lot of countries in Eastern and Central Europe has a problem with mistreating and discriminating against the Roma people. Known disparagingly as "gypsies" the Roma are excluded from public schools, public medicine, other public programs, and often mistreated in law enforcement and victim's rights programs.

I believe Hungary has an open conflict with Slovakia regarding some sort of watergrid or something similar [you can view this on the United Nations website].
