As you all know, BP has "shut down" a major pipeline in Alaska because of corosion. My question is this: if they've pulled in record profits the last few quarters, why can't they spend some of that money on fixing/maintaining their pipeline? Why hasn't the government intervened?

According to Arab's Israel is "killing" innocents, what about the Israel "innocents" killed by these rocket attacks before this war started. Did you guys ever see "First Blood". The Arabs drew "first blood" a long time ago. Yes, the Palenestinians were displaced, but they were not killed. Is it not unreasonable to give a people a place to live after dictator systematically killed 6 million of them? The Arabs drew first blood, Israel is Rambo. I have read some of the jew hating answers here and it makes me sick. You people who are obviously posting from other countries should realize that American's have a deep compassion for the plight of the jews because we were the ones who liberated them from Auchwitz. I just had a bad dream last night. I was in Beirut in Lebanon running from Israeli airplanes and helicopters with nightvision and infrared so hiding was a million times harder than hiding from a normal person. I was in a 10-15 story building on the 13th floor or something and an Hezbollah rocket truck fired off some rockets and an Israeli airplane launched a missle at the base of the building thinking thats where the truck was and when it hit the base of the building the building fell face first and i watched the building fall just to the point where it would crash and then i jumped at the last moment to try and lessen the impact and i miraculously lived somehow, LOL, so then i tried running around to find good shelter trying not to be mistaken to be either Hezbollah or Israeli or a westerner because I would be killed being anyone of those and .....
OMG there is just too much to type. I hope you get the picture.

No concern for all of the israelies getting killed by the katyushas, and families waiting in fear inside bomb shelters hoping that the madness will end soon...

Of course.....only show the hurt lebanese

*and btw (for anyone unaware) Hezbolla's attack style is to hide behind civilians, using them as human shields....but one shouldnt even feel too bad for those civilians either because many of them are pro-hezbolla......and they fake injuries........
in many of the pictures, and videos on tv, you can clearly see the "hurt" lebanese civilians looking to make sure no cameras are watching, and then getting up from their strecher....ya.....these are the real victims here
