I'm looking to get a plaque to put on a frame with a team picture on it and give it to the team sponser. So I wanna know where there is a store that makes trophies, plaques and stuff of that nature? I prefer some where in Chula Vista or Bonita.

The washing machines in our laundry rooms damage clothes and the people at this apartment complex steal and mess with other's clothes. I hope to be able to find a better place eventually but in the meantime:

Can anybody recommend any decent laundromats in San Diego? They need to be clean, safe, well maintained, not more expensive than the norm, not overcrowded, and preferably with a change machine. Places that have large machines that can wash 2 or 3 loads at once are a plus. Even better if they are within a 5-10 mile radius of Fashion Valley.

This is not the first time ID on the phone appears for 858 3006828, always a different accent calling, this time claiming I had won a vacation, cruise, and 1000 US. WOW.... has anybody also gotten a call like this, how can you report this to the FTC if I did not fall victim to this scam?

Does anyone know of any free CPR classes in San Diego? If not free, does anyone know any good deals. I remember a few years ago I paid 10 dollars. But I forgot where I took it. But now, as I'm looking for classes, the basic rate seems to be about 55 dollars. That's too expensive for me. If you have any info, I'd really appreciate it. THANKS
