I am looking for a florist to do my Bridal bouquet, Bridesmaid bouquets, and a the Groom and Groomsman boutteniers. I am on a tight budget, and most florists seem to be really outrageous. Several of them have tried to charge me $35 just for a consultation. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Customer buys $300 marble mantle clock . We place in box and take to their car . The call to say the box fell apart , clock dropped and is ruined . Who's as fault > All was well from store to car , we have no control on how the box is then handled .
He wants to go to small claims . I don't think I am liable to give all ( or any ) of the money back when I had no control on how the box was handled .

My girlfriend is working in sac for a data entry company and she aboslutely hates it...not because of the work, but because of her mangers, they are very rude and make her come in early a lot and stay extra late. She just wants a job where she can work refular FT hours M-F, 8-5, and get paid atleast $8.00/hr, preferably in an office setting. She's 18 and recently graduated and very sharp, she is a quick learner, if you know of anything please let me know. Thanks in advance!!

Has anyone started their own company for families looking for a nanny? There are 5+ in my area but I'm moving about 3 hours away and there isn't one at all. The area is growing and I think after years of experience as a nanny and now as a mom I'd be great at it. I just need the tools and knowledge of how to get started. Any advice tips?
