I am looking for a florist to do my Bridal bouquet, Bridesmaid bouquets, and a the Groom and Groomsman boutteniers. I am on a tight budget, and most florists seem to be really outrageous. Several of them have tried to charge me $35 just for a consultation. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Try the floral department at Raleys or Bel-Air.
A friend of mine got theirs done there and was happy with both the cost and the quality.

I've got flowers from Relles before. Not sure about for a wedding, but call them up, they always treat me well. They are on Jst in midtown somewhere around 20th or so I think.
