I have a TON of stuff I don't know what to do with. I'd like to donate it to Goodwill, but don't know how? Are there things they will take and won't?? I have clothes, a wedding dress, different odds and ends, books, a very old vanity that would be beautiful if someone could restore it.

Also, TONS of beanies!! My mother in law gave my son every beanie there was for years! I now have several large tupperware storage containers full and no idea what to do with them. My son no longer has any interest in them and neither do I !

Will Goodwill take those, or is there a better organization to donate those to??

Thanks!

My husband has been out of town for a while. He'll be home this weekend for his birthday.

There is a soul food restaurant that he really likes on the southwest side of town. I didn't like the food the one time I went with him so, I can't recal; the name of it or the location.

All I remember is it was on the end of a strip center and the only thing I liked was a dessert they made, called a Crunch. I know he would love to get that dessert again as a surprise.

If you know the place I'm talking about, please help me.

I'm in Boston and I am looking to purchase a shark jaw. Does anyone know of a local shop, taxidermist, etc. that would have one? I am looking for a shop around Boston, but I realize the best place to look would probably be down the cape.

I have currently lived in the SF bay area for a year so things are still new to me. I moved here for graduate school and if I thought I was broke before moving out here I was wrong. Finances have seriously made my life nearly unbearable at this point and I've had to go part-time for my degree which will now take about 6 six years to finish instead of 4. I've also had a hard time finding jobs. I live in Vallejo which means I commute a lot ( my summer job was part time and I spent 80 bucks a week just in gas/tolls). I wish there was something closer but I can't afford to move to other parts of the bay area. I'm willing to commute to work either car or bart. Does anyone know any good companies to work for here especially ones that may be a bit flexible? I'm looking for full or part time positions particularly in the administrative branch but I'm willing to take on anything even if it's a store/retail type job. Any suggestions?
