Does anyone know if places like this exist? I've heard that sometimes colleges will have phych students do this for their final semesters, but I haven't found anything online. I have a ring that i need to sell. I think I lost the papers for it. It was appraised for 15k, my ex spent 9k on it. I really would like to sell it and get as much as I can for it, what should i do? Why would a man want to live with a woman he is not romantically involved with? Why would a man want to live with several women? Why would a woman want to live with a man she is not romantically involved with. Men are dangerous gay or straight. Male relatives are also dangerous to non related females. Knowing the dangers of living with a man, one is not romantically involved with why would a woman allow this? Money and location should not be issues since one gender can live with the same gender for just as much money and with just as convenient a locale

Why would a landlord allow this?
The woman could get attacked
A man could be falsely accused (though it is unlikely)
The landlord would be LEGALLY responsible since it happened on the property.

Brutality of women is a big enough problem without inviting it into your home and allowing it to live there.

I have an old vita spa from like 86-87, don't wanna get rid of it cause the room looks nice and dont wanna mess it up. The problem is that the water won't heat up and the jets are messed up (i think). Any estimates on how much it would cost to repair it would be very helpful as well.

by any chance, does anyone know of any 24-hour laundromat's in the huntington beach, westminster, or fountain valley area? i look in the yellow pages but nothing lists hours, and trying to get ahold of someone at the phone number listed is impossible. either no one picks up, or they don't speak english.

if not 24-hours, does anyone know of any that run later the 8:30pm? the latest one i know of has last wash at 8:30, and they kick everyone out at 10 which isn't even enough time to finish folding clothes.

I know this question has been asked over and over since Katrina and before... but no one seems to be able to answer it. People make it sounds like blasphemy when anyone suggest the option of relocating the city further inland. I think it only makes sense and it wouldn't be the first time this has happened. All emotional attachments aside, it is ridiculous to insist on doing something that mother nature doesn't seem to agree on. About the only sure this in all of this is that we are going to keep sinking (pardon the pun) tons of money in a sinkhole of a town that has been grossly neglected and the best solution is to start all over. I can see spending billions of dollars on a new city but this fixer upper is on its last leg.
