We are supposed to get one here in Chillcothe, OH in mid-2008. I wanted to know what it has, if it's worth my time to visit. We have a Lowe's in town and personally, the place is dirty, no one is willing to help you, and it is impossible to walk in and just look for something without knowing where it exactly is located. I have heard it is a nice place. Just wanted anyone's opinion on it if they have one nearby or shop at one regularly.

For a few years now I've wanted to open a "Huge" mall in pennslyvania.But somethings that have been making me wonder if it would be a pain in the butt.One how do you get Major department stores to move into your mall and small ones too.Would Heating Air and Electricity be expensive like in the $1,000-$5,000 range. Lastly would it be extremely expensive if I only had a contractor do the structure and out side of the mall and I do the inside myself such as painting and putting in plants and those mall gates little stuff like that.Plus how do you get the Store gates and are they expensive.

Mail Boxes Etc used to be a great full service shipping service ... but now days, try to walk into a UPS store and ship anything via any other carrier. It is REDICULIOUS ... they wont even ship a Priority Mail flat rate package. Do you agree their service SUCKS ?
