a service station is not required to have public restrooms...it's a private business, not a public taxpayer-funded service.

As somebody else pointed out though, if it had a restaurant included, that's a different story.

no, it's not a requirement. A lot of service stations won't have public restrooms because customers are sooooo nasty.

I dont know. i know that ALL airports are required to have facilities. Even the small ones that noone goes to.

i would hope they would want to have one...wouldnt it bring in business because when your on a road trip isnt that where you stop???
