I find them very annoying and recently broke eggs while trying to push my cart over them. You can't go around them and it doesn't matter how slow you go. This is a fairly new super center so I thought maybe this is something new. I looked online and couldn't find anything.

I am located in the Memphis, TN market where Comcast has recently took over operations from Time Warner Cable. Before Comcast arrived Time Warner customers used to pay 44.95 for high-speed cable internet. Now as of July 1, 2007, they are increasing the price to 49.95, and in January the price will become a whopping $52.95. This is an outrage and in Septemeber I am going to get DSL. Now "MA BELL" will get my money. I will continue to keep my DirecTV service even though I dislike News Corp. support of all things evil.


Also please look at this from a relative veiwpoint, the rates rates in your city may already be higher, but Memphis, TN has a lower cost-of-living than many parts of the country.

I live in downtown Manhattan. My room faces an extremely busy street directly and there are many heavy trucks back and forth even after mid-night. Even worse, there is many pubs and clubs around. And directly beneath me is a pizza shop, which plays the hard rock&roll for the whole night and tends to increase the volume after mid-night. I don't think the new NYC noise code will help much. In sum, there is zero time that the place is quiet. I've bought foam ear plugs, but they don't help much, esp. for the rock&roll and disco type. I read the previous Q&As and thought I might have the following options: (1) military ear plugs; (2) musician ear plugs; (3) gun shooting ear plugs; (4) try more foam plugs from different manufactures. Is there a place in NYC that I can try all of the above options all at once. Specifically, which type of ear plugs is the most effective on rock&roll&disco type noise? Please give links so I can buy. I am directly sleeping on their high-vibrating sound systems.

This company hires people and doesnt offer benefits. But there is a certain number of employees you can have and not offer insurance. When the time comes for his company to be looked at and these men to get benefits he fires just enough men to not have to keep insurance. I need to know who I can report this kind of poor leadership to in the state of Louisiana? My fiance has been with this company for two years now and we relocated from Houston, TX so he could work for this company. And I havent had experience with this kind of disrespect before. Any info will help.

I can't even tell you how many jobs I have applied for but there seems to be a corner on the market that won't allow me to relocate there. What gives? Does anyone from the area know how to break in? I have 10 years of experience in construction from estimating to permitting. I also have skills with Administrative Assistance and can't even find a job to do that let alone get a call back from anyone. Geesh! I thought I had a stellar resume. Any feed back from anyone who has tried to relocate anywhere? Thanks for your help.
