Has anyone worked for anderson windows or for pella windows? What are they like to work for?

I am looking for a job and have put in at both places and need a good heads up on what to look forward to.

Well, it entirely depends on what position you are talking about. My hubby was the Regional Director of Information Services for one of their divisions, and he found it to be very restrictive. They were not very progressive about keeping up in the computer field.

To find out which company you should choose, look at their corporate profiles and decide which sounds most appealing.
