Local Businesses - March 2007

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am looking to get a throubled teen help and to help researching options for both his mom and dad, who have no internet.
I know there are several "positive" programs but I can't locate them. Something like bootcamp, where they kid goes away for a month to learn selfrespect, about drugs, behavoral help, counceling etc.
What agencies can help?
I found some camps that want $400 per day...thats just not possible
Can a 17 year old just not go even if his parents both adree on it?

tell me what did you find,and did you ever have it appraised..just to see how much it was worth...or what about if you bought something..say either at an antique sale or fair...or at a regular store, with brand new items...?

just curious...as I like looking up what even antiques go for...but, yes, it depends on what people are willing to pay for it..and or haggle over! LOL!
