HOW MUCH MONEY ARE WE LOOKING AT TO FINISH THE HOME, LIKE SOMEONE PUTTING IT UP, WIRING, SEPTIC TANK, MAKING THE HOME TURN KEY. WE LIVE IN DUFFIELD, VIRGINIA. I have at home a window squeegy for my windows and a telescopic one for the upstairs windows. And I got a scrim aswell because I have leaded windows in the back and they are a pain to do. What are those clothes the window cleaners use for cleaning windows that are all bits stuck together like a mop head?

I have a hotwater baseboard system and the pressure keeps rising to the point where the pressure releif valve always kicks on. I bleed the system often. The boiler has 3 zones. It is about 12 years old. I recently replaced the expansion tank. What could be wrong?
