I want to try to play a game using pure DOS but Im not sure how to access it or is there a program that you can play DOS games when still using XP? I will be greatful if you help me out, this game is called "Abandoned Places" I used to play on the amiega and loved it lol.

What I meant by proper DOS is accessing DOS on start up rather than starting up XP if you dont get what I mean I'll try explaining it in detail.

I have tried unistalling and reinstalling all of the games but when I finish installing the games, I cant play the different parts when I open the game. If I open up Seasons, I cant play any other expansion. If I open up University, I cant play any other expansion and so forth. PLEASSSSSSEEEEEE HELLLLPPP???????

TO CONTROL WEATHER: Once you get 7,000 aspiration points then you will unlock an aspiration reward called the weathernaught 57x and you can put it on your lot and when you click on it you can "create weather" and make it do what you want (rain, snow or hail) and im pretty sure it will continue doing what you make it do until you click on it again and make is stop, but be careful because there are bad things that can happen, like it can rain fire and stuff, i would reccommend saving your game before each time you use it just incase something goes wrong. TO GET A WISHING WELL: press shift and then click on a sim and click on spawn, then keep clicking MORE until you see wishing well and when you click on it, it will add a wishing well to your lot. It will put it wherever your sim is standing so if you want to move it, just go into the buy mode and you can move it. Have fun!!!

this seems to be a very pecuilar problem i have a ps2 which is modded seems to play all the EA sports games which have a reasonable graphics but it does not play games like final fantasy which have movies in the intro or have good graphics it used to earlier though...i just get a black screen not even a disc read error but when i use sports games which dont have movies it works fine ....can someone help me out

All I need to complete my golden bug collection is a Dayfly (I can't remember whether it's the male or female I need). Does anyone know where it is? Before answering, please note the following points...

I won the system at a raffle and it seemed to work fine. I have only one game, Need for Speed Carbon. It worked for a while but now when I put it in it thinks it is a DVD. If it happens to load correctly, it says there is a disc error. The game itself was bought new and does not appear to be damaged. Is the Xbox not reading the disc properly or is the game just damaged? How do I go about fixing this?
