Nintendo is not responsible for someone getting so excited that they break the TV. It's the person that actually broke it.

No question.

Over hyper-active player is mostly responsible.

However, the player might have been too stimulated by the game and need even more guidance. In the future, game developers need to make the game to be more responsive and guiding to the player, so to the player know that he/she don't need to be so hard on the remote.

The over hyper-active player. The television is designed for passive viewing of films and other broadcasts.
