Where did you get them from? Have you contacted the place you got them from to see whats happened?? Have you checked with your credit card company to see if the transaction went through??? If the payment has gone through ask for it to be cancelled by your CC company and buy the games from somewhere else. Good luck.

I have brought games from Big Fish in the past with no problems.
