My neice in India has asked me to get her a gameboy and a couple games to go with. My husband and I know little to nothing about handheld video games, so any help would be appreciated:

We checked at a few places and only see Gameboy Advance. Is this the only handheld "Gameboy" that's now available? I know there used to be just a regular Gameboy (no Advance in the name) - has that been discontinued? Normal price that we're seeing for the GA is about $79.99. I'm guessing that's the SRP, but just want to see if others have been able to find it for less, and where.

She's asked for a couple games as well - she asked for Pokemon, which I've had no trouble finding. There's like 3 or 4 diff.versions so I may get one or two of those. She's also asked for a game that she wasn't sure of the spelling, but it was like Bayba or Baybel or something like that. B-A-Y something....does anyone know of a Gameboy/Gameboy Advance Game along those lines?

hello I hope you can help me.

I have been given a Commodore 64 for an early xmas present, but it has only come with one game. The big man in the pc world shop said I was joking when i asked for world of warmaking and half light 2? It's ok... haha I realize now that I meant to say world of warcrafts. But I find out they only sell games for the Amastrad PC?

Where can I get these fab games for my commodore?

im just wonderin if any1 has any jobs for game testers, not really beta cuz im not that good with the coding, but someone who plays the game to find out the glitches, not to fix them. someone in the strathmore/calgary area in alberta canada. what would work best for me would be able to have you ship the games-in-progress to me at my home so can play, write out a report sheet, and send back. currently i am only able to do this with a ps2, but i am sure that if i get a job like this i will soon be able to buy a Wii, PS3 and/or a X-box 360. plz leave an answer here or e-mail me at killerkael@yahoo.ca

okay, i was looking for this old arcade game that i believe was on the neo geo machine. when i played it, the coin-op had a three-in-one selection. one game was a puzzle game with bubbles and the other two were side scroling almost similar. i think the name was midnight marauders but i'm not sure. can anyone give me in depth info on this and maybe where i can find the rom and emulator...? (i got a touch of nostalga.)

I want to get my 7-year old niece a computer game for Christmas. When I find one, I cannot tell if it will be to hard for her. She is not into really "girly" stuff. She loves spider man and trucks! My 14 year old son is addicted to computer games! He gets angry if he cant play! Taking the computer away starts world war 3! We recently moved and all his old friends are online playing it. My daughter says he has friends at school, but noone calls or comes over. I have resorted to unplugging the internet at night, but he whines and complains terribly! He even has snuck into my room to plug the internet back in, in the middle of the night! His grades are okay and hes basically a good kid. I have tried talking to him but he just gets angry. He does little around the house and its like pulling teeth to get him to take the trash out. Just taking it away is torture for me! He plays soccer but season is over right now and getting him involved with any thing else is not gonna happen. What can I do? I dont like to yell. Help! Im afraid he's obsessed with that game. Please productive advice only!

I've just found out what I'm getting for Christmas. It's a Commodore 64 computer unit. But, I can't find any games and the man in the shop said I needed a PC personal computer. I'm very confused as it is personal to me!

I was on the yahoo home page when I found an article from mtv.com about how some people aren't getting used to the fact that the wii controller is so frigin light weight and that their are actually loosing their grip in games like bowling where they bowl ads hard as they can and the controller gets out of their grip adn is breaking tv. Is it just me or are people just looking for something to complain about the wii?
