i wanna play online games in my pc....but they won't work... i m frustrated.....and very confused....and one more thing...do I have to download Java and Adobe Flash Playe first...if i have to..where is the best site to get myself download those softwares

I am trying to install sims2 on my computer
but i always get the same message
you have not downloaded direct 9.oc
but i have installed it, but i go on direct diagnostic tool
and it says i have directx.9.ob but i need to change it to direct 9.0c,
how can i do this?
please help xxxxx

I just know it has been closed!! i went to the site and wanted to play gtoons but it wasnt there..i wikipedia cartoonnetwork and saw that it has been closed..i didnt use for a long time it cause had to study so quited for awhile...came back to see this...why did they close it?? i had so many rare gtoons card.....why?? why !!!

I recently had my friend's Xbox 360 break while playing Gears of War. He was starting the game up and it gave him a disk read error. He cleaned it and it happened again. He tried other games- Saint's Row and Madden 07 but they didn't work either. His 360 couldnt read discs anymore, so he called Customer Service and they told him many people had called saying the same thing, and that these people had also been playing Gears.

He went back to the store and got a new 360, but now he is afraid to play Gears, since he thinks it may be defective. It's hard to believe that both a console and a game can be simultaneously defective- that is some bad luck. It should be noted that his 360 was only 6 days old, and was ventilated well. My 360 is 4 days old, and I have been playing Gears also- but mine has run perfectly.

This leads me to my question on why this happens to 360's. I have read of games like Oblivion and Splinter Cell breaking people's 360's also.

I have two computers in my room. One will play the newest games that the old one can't and the other one plays the old one that the new one cant. I ahve computers with windows XP and 98.

What are some new and old PC games that are fun to play and can keep my attention for hours?

I like RPG's (my fave!), Adventure, Simulation, and Strategy

I'm mainly looking for older games because they are usualy cheaper.
