Since the release of the news that nintendo has failed to resolve the copyright of their old school nintendo entertainment system.. does this indeed make all of the roms and emulation of the hardware now legal and lagit to download? I was surfing around and came across nintendo's legal section of their corperate website but i would figure to ask the people about this first befor resorting to calling their 1-800 number and talking with them directly.

I mean, Once i am successfull will the old xbox still let me play
LIVE games with my original account??

Plus, With the 360, i entered what it asked for, but it couldn't validate my id, (I AM CONNECTED because i downloaded game content). Where do i confirm my details or who can i contact?

While I was listening to a a podcast today, I temporarily put my psp to sleep (which is something I usually do even when playing a game; just by pausing it and picking where I left off later) and once I turned it back on, and went back to the audio track I was playing, my PSP froze up on me! I couldnt control anything! So I forcefully had to turn it off (by holding the on switch up until the screen went off) and I turned it back on. The green light in the right-hand side began to rapidly flash for a minute or so and finally it turned on. Everything seemed normal as I had the audio track back up and running but a new problem came up: the headphone adapter (the one with the fast forward/rewind volume up/down) doesnt work!! Including that, when I try to fast forward or rewind with the D-Pad, it doesnt stop when I release either fwd or rewind.

Well here is the question that accompany my other question of which is better PS3 or XB360. Now that u have decided which next gen console u like, what game(s) are u most anticipated as the console's greatest hits. In other words what games u can't wait for to be release and are drooling over the launch date. Mine is Resident Evil 5 for the PS3(note that I know it's also coming out for the 360, but i will buy it for the PS3 for specific reasons...) and Fable 2 for the XB360. If you want to mention what games u currently have that are awesome than fine, go for it. I've seen both trailers for Resident Evil 5 and Fable 2 and i'm amazed and impressed at the quality of both games. I can't wait!!! For now i will pass the time by playing The Elder's Scroll IV: Oblivion for the XB360 of which I have already beaten but never fails to amazed me and Dead Rising(already beaten) which seems like a prelude to what we can expects as far as zombies is concerned in RE5(but thats just my opinion).

Would I be the only one in suspecting that NAMCO has turned Lee Choalan from the Tekken series into....well....a bit gay. Because you gotta admit his dress code is a bit on the...'hello sailor!'....'see you in the showers!'....'I love flowers and bright colours'....'felchings the greatest!' kind of gesture. If you know what I mean.

I own a Sega Genesis and a Nintendo. I know places that sell old games for only a few dollars. Just yesterday I bought "Road Rash II" for $2.99. It's a cheap hobby and thanks to walkthroughs and cheat codes on the internet that games are even better.
