I'm struggling with this new game although I'm a good sims player usually

If you have a "Home Business" and your sim works then you will leave. If you have a business in town then you will leave also. If you want a good home business then you can download some from the website. The dots above your employees head is there so that you can tell them from the customers. You can but things to train them with out of the Hobbies section, they're under the Misc. Section. Good Luck! If you have any more Questions go to the website. It can help alot.

to train them to get new skills you will need to buy the robot making station, the flower arranging station, the toy making station and the beauty chair. The first 3 can be found in the same place where you buy the chess set but in the icon that's 3 circles and the chair is found in the chair section in the icon that's 3 circles. as for your other problem sorry can't help as I haven't set up a home business but try www.gamefaqs.com it has a wide range of guides to help you.
