When will the PSP Ceramic White arrive in the USA?

Im in China right now. I went to hong kong and went to the Sony store and there headquarters. I found alot of black ones (psp)
I thought about gettting the white one and so i did. ITs the Sony PSP ceramic White value pack. it cost $1668 hong kong dollars. Thats like $210 in USA. Very nice looking.

Can I use a game copyrighted name (read details)?

I'm working on an copy of world of warcraft, but i will be making it web based (php), a mini text(with images) based game.

I was wondering if I am allowed to do that and use WoW's images and name, or would it be considered as being a Fan site (fan sites can use images I believe).
