I've been playing for a LONG time and never got anything. Do you think that they manipulate the numbers or is it for real?

I knew a woman that won the lottery 9 years ago.She won 1.8 million dollars.It really ruined her life.It allowed her to support her new cocaine addiction.The only good that came out of this money was a house she had bought her mother.Her mother was a smart woman and insisted that the house be in her name,because she had a feeling her daughter would blow the money and would want the house back,or sell it.Basically she blew her money in just under a year and had nothing to show for it,she even had to claim bankruptcy.

I have never played it but I assume it is real. When I receive my property tax bill there is always a credit on there for it. I appreciate the reduction in my tax bill. Its usually about a $100. So I hope they continue it.
